These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by R. S. Thompson, LLC. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to them.

Estimates and pricing

Consultations and estimates are free. Estimates based on photos or descriptions are approximate; we confirm the final scope and price with you on site before work begins. If the job changes (for example, more items or different materials than described), we will discuss any price change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling

We operate 24/7 by appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible by phone or text.

Your responsibilities

• Make sure you own, or are authorized to dispose of, every item you ask us to remove, and that you have authority to request demolition of any structure.
• Tell us about hazardous materials, items you want to keep, and known hazards (for example, utilities near a shed) before work starts.
• Provide reasonable access to the work area.

Items we may not accept

Certain hazardous materials or items regulated by law may not be accepted. Ask us about specific items before your appointment.

Disposal

Once items are loaded, they become our responsibility to dispose of. We recycle and donate when possible and dispose of the rest responsibly. Items cannot be returned after removal.

Military discount

We offer 10% off for active-duty service members, veterans, and National Guard & Reserve. Let us know when you book or check the box on the quote form, and the discount will be applied to your quote.

Payment

We accept Cash App and major debit and credit cards. Payment is due when the job is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing.
