With more than a decade of hands-on experience in junk removal, Reginald founded R. S. Thompson, LLC to bring a personal touch to cleanup services.
His journey began as a young man helping his father tidy up rental properties. Over the years he mastered every aspect of debris management. His commitment to eco-friendly practices comes from a simple belief: we must care for our community and environment, not just today but for future generations.
Known for his reliability and attention to detail, he makes sure every project is completed to the client’s satisfaction, keeping the process worry-free for homeowners, landlords, contractors and builders alike. That dedication has earned him a trusted reputation in Charlotte and beyond.

How our story began
It started with rental turnovers.
Our journey began beside our father, clearing rental homes after tenants moved out.
We saw stressed owners, tight deadlines and properties that had to be ready fast. That experience shaped our promise today: disciplined junk removal that respects your time and your property.
Years in the U.S. Army then trained our founder to show up on time, stay mission-focused and finish the job right. We bring that same mindset to every cleanup: clear communication, careful handling of your space, and a commitment to leave it truly ready for your next step.
